Between rising energy and raw material costs and environmental challenges, what will the bakery of the future look like?

That's the question our Marketing Manager, Sébastien Audras, answered for Informations Entreprise magazine, n°188.

Ecology and the preservation of our environment are among the major challenges facing equipment manufacturers in recent years and in the future.

In 2022, we create ARCHE, our environmental approach based on 3 pillars:

  1. Products: how can we design equipment that is both sustainable, responsible and recyclable?
  2. People: our products are designed to respect the baking tradition, but also to avoid impacting the health of our bakers.
  3. The planet: we source our products from European and French suppliers. On a daily basis, we do our utmost to offer alternative solutions to limit our environmental impact.

In 2023, we carried out a carbon assessment of our company, Pavailler Solution, in order to understand and implement solutions to minimize our impact on the world. Since then, we have undertaken 9 projects in this direction.
