Saturday 8 February saw the inauguration of the new ‘La Trafila delle Passioni’ workshop in Gragnano (Naples - Italy), European Pasta Capital.
The idea of creating this laboratory came from a collaboration with Ciro Di Martino, the owner of the building, and PAVAILLER SOLUTION, who firmly believed in this project for a return in style to the Italian market after a few years' absence.
The name that Ciro Di Martino chose for this workshop, ‘La Trafila delle Passioni’ is the summary of what is the real driving force behind this project and that is passion.
Passion, dedication and talent are what transforms raw materials into bread, pizza and other unique bakery products and unites the baker, the confectioner and those who, like us at PAVAILLER, build the machines that make these passions possible.
This workshop represents an investment in the future of artisan bakery, not only for Gragnano but for the whole of central and southern Italy and in general for all existing and potential customers in the Mediterranean basin.
