We have created the lab' to give you the opportunity to test our bakery and pastry equipment. Whether it's for a day, 3 days or even 2 hours, come visit and try our products. The lab' is also a place to organize bakery trainings and to get together with other bakers. You will find below the different bakery and pizza equipment available in our lab' :

You can come to the Pavailler Solution laboratory to discover our baking equipment on your own or be accompanied by our demonstrator baker, who is always ready to share his tips with you!

You can come and carry out baking or pastry training in the Pavailler Solution laboratory for your clients, or by group, such as the snacking training carried out by the Minoterie Forest with the Best Worker in France Joel Defives for their clients.
Accompany
Our baker-demonstrator travels all over France, and all over the world, in order to help you in the handling of your equipment.
