We were delighted to welcome you to our stand, made entirely from cardboard, for this latest edition of the Sirha Europain trade show.
A cardboard stand in keeping with our values, reusable and with low carbon impact.
The new products we presented were also very well received. Our entire range of Pavailler bakery ovens has been redesigned since the last Europain show.
The Zirco oven, in particular, stood out as a best-seller thanks to its exceptional performance, whether ventilated or with soles. Our teams also spent many hours modernizing the Cristal rack oven, giving it a new tactile interface. At the same time, the teams developed a shortened version of the OPALE deck oven, ideal for small spaces.
As for our CFI preservation and fermentation brand, we were eager to unveil our new products, starting with the brand-new CRIOLLA chocolate cabinet, now available in a 2-compartment version. This new version offers great flexibility for everyday use. One level can be in melting mode, while the other is in defrosting mode.
Of course, our Bertrand Puma brand was also represented on this stand, with many new products too! We are aware that the quality of raw materials is of prime importance to bakers and patissiers, which is why we have developed two water dynamizers, Volute and Torrent; two pieces of equipment that filter water of residual particles and restore all the faculties of water.
The opening of the show marked the launch of our new Oxygene spiral mixer. Oxygene replaces our SPI range on vats from 45kg to 130kg. Featuring a new touch-sensitive control system, it is extremely easy to use, particularly thanks to its recipe mode.
Throughout the 4 days of Europain, we were lucky enough to equip the show's Bake & Snake stage, where many passionate professionals shared their recipes and greatest secrets. It was four days of enriching, gourmet exchanges.
