The Blue Chef range is growing with our new negative conservative.
After several months of work, our teams are proud to unveil this new conservator. It is a wind of modernity that blows on this preservative whose reputation is no longer to make.
Inside, no change, the technology in place already allowed to preserve pastries without risk of alteration. An optimal respect of the products, thanks to the Soft Flow air flow designed and developed by our teams.
This new preservative allows to keep previously frozen products at negative temperature (-18°), but also at positive temperature (up to +10°). Able to accommodate 600x400 plates, the Blue Chef models are available in 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 doors, for a total of 14 to 94 gates, perfect to suit all types of productions and bakeries.
Blue Chef is available in white or stainless steel finish.
