In-house trainings at PAVAILLER SOLUTION

At Pavailler Solution, we find it essential to train our employees to the best of our ability so that they have as many skills as possible to perform their job and learn about their sector of activity.

This is why training sessions are regularly held in order to learn about the latest market trends, but also to introduce the bakery and pastry-making professions which represent our business sector.

Training for Bakery / Pastry on November 08 and 09

On November 8 and 9, the new arrivals in the company have followed a training course dedicated to make them discover the jobs of the bakery-pastry industry, and to familiarize them with the equipment of our brands.

Accompanied by our Demonstrator-Baker, they had the opportunity during these two days to make their own breads and pastries, pizzas and even a Christmas buche! A moment of exchange and sharing allowing our employees to better understand the world of bakery in which they will evolve daily.

Burner training October 20

On October 20, 2021, a training session was held at Pavailler's premises to train our teams and our network in the use of burners.

The objective was to train our technicians in combustion and to provide them with the necessary knowledge to understand the functioning of the burners, their technology and their operation.
