Could you present us the Noé bakery ?
Of course, my name is Martine, I am of Dutch origin, and I run the Noé bakery with my son Romain. We have been specialized in organic food for 25 years. Little by little, we realized that there was a daily problem: we couldn't get fresh bread in our organic stores, even though fresh bread was our main product. So 4 years ago, I collaborated with a traditional baker, to bring me this expert side of the bakery know-how. Noé is the name of my youngest child, and it was the name we gave to our bakeries in Amsterdam.
How did you hear about Pavailler?
For which projects did you work with Pavailler Solution?
He was the supplier of the partner we started working with. He had been working with them for years. They have a well known name in France and internationally, so we had no problem trusting them. In fact, it was very important for us to deal with a French manufacturer who masters his product from A to Z. Knowing that they build in France, in their factories, and that most of the machines are made not far from us in the Drome region was a real plus. It was interesting to be able to work with a specialist and with a very reactive after-sales service, and not a reseller.
We have equipped an entire central bakery and pastry lab of 250m² in Amsterdam with Pavailler, CFI, Bertrand Puma. Today, we work with Pavailler solution for the stores in Amsterdam, but also for this one in Aix-en-Provence. We have other projects to come, always in collaboration with Pavailler solution, such as the construction of a real pastry laboratory.
What is the strength of Pavailler Solution?
They link quality of material and service. It is really important to have a very reactive after-sales service as our activity never stops. For example, recently we had a problem in Amsterdam with settings. Even with the coronavirus, they were able to remotely repair it, and do it very quickly. After that we don't have that many problems because the machines are good.
Then we have our salesman Dany as our contact person for our new project, of course we met the person who makes the plans when we visited the Pavailler factory, but it's Dany who does the technical surveys, with whom we talk regularly... It's more convenient to have to talk to only one person for a project.
