2023 marks our return to the Sirha show.
Absent from the 2021 edition, it is with a stand of more than 100m² and partners of 9 brands and events that we mark our return!
This edition was rich in meetings and exchanges; big names of the bakery-pastry industry such as Franck Thomasse, Dominique Anract, Mickaël Morieux, Nicolas Boussin, Anthony Bosson, Fabien Emery, etc. came to meet our teams and distributors present on the spot. Most of our distributors made the trip; some traveled thousands of miles to meet future customers.
This year, it was impossible to miss a blue coat of arms, an orange hood or a red arch in the Bakery Hall. Indeed, our brands Bertrand Puma & CFI were partners of the Coupe de France de Boulangerie, equipping the 12 teams competing with rolling mills, the new pastry lathe, storage and proofing cabinets.
Pavailler is not to be outdone, since a total of 8 brands have asked us to equip their stand with hot, cold or mechanical equipment: OEM, Rheon, Vandemoortele, Festival des Pains, Moulin Cholat, Gerbe Savoyarde, Fedipat and Savencia with their temporary restaurant.
It is during this show that we officially received the Awards given to the CRIOLLA chocolate cabinet, named Innovation of the year 2023.
