Competitions, demonstrations, tastings ... Bread was in the spotlight on the square in front of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris! 🥖

The Bread Festival 2022, organized by the Bakers of Greater Paris brings together the elite of the French bakery. For a week, bread and especially the Baguette de Tradition Française is honored in the capital. 

For the second year in a row, we were lucky and honored to be able to make our Pavailler, CFI and Bertrand-Puma equipment available in the ephemeral bakery created especially for the event. We welcomed Mrs. Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris, Mr. Guillaume Gomez, Former Chef of L'Elisée, Mr. Franck Thomasse, President of Boulangers du Grand Paris, Mr. Thierry Meunier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Boulangerie and Pavailler Ambassador, as well as some of our distributors and customers in the middle of our equipment.
