What a great edition of the Sirha Europain trade show! This year, we decided to welcome you with a stand made entirely of cardboard. In keeping with our environmental values, it was important to us that our carbon footprint should be as low as possible, even on our stands. We've succeeded, as our stand has been the source of many questions and positive reactions! 

New bakery ovens 2024

Our teams were very proud to present our entire range of bakery ovens, all of which have been redesigned since the last Europain show. 

Indeed, our Zirco oven was born in 2022. Feedback on this ventilated or deck oven has been excellent, making it one of our best sellers!
As for our rack ovens, our teams worked for many months to give our Cristal rack oven a new look and a new touch-sensitive control system.
Finally, a new version of the OPALE deck oven was launched at the end of 2023. A shortened version that fits into small spaces without wasting space.

The Bake&Snake Stage

We were lucky enough to equip the Bake & Snake stage at the show, where numerous professionals took turns presenting a star recipe and revealing all their secrets for success. 4 days of gourmet delights!
