- Consistent: he careful design of the TOPAZE SMART baking chamber ensures even circulation of hot air, at all points of the chamber, thanks to turbines located on the bottom wall.
- Efficient: The insulation of the cooking chamber ensures excellent energy efficiency, preventing heat loss and ensuring perfect cooking of your products.
- Expert: Fine Crust and Smart Control technologies enable you to adapt the cooking of your pastries and the most delicate products such as macaroons, meringue or choux pastry.
- Safety: double-glazing provides a thermal bridge breaking system, preventing any risk of burns by reducing the surface temperature outside the door.

TOPAZE SMART models range from 4 levels (which can be transformed into 5 levels when baking viennoiserie or other non-bulky products) to 10 levels. They can be fitted with 400×600 mm or 400×800 mm baking trays or nets (input direction 400).
