The ZIRCO oven adapts to you! Available in 6 models. From self-cleaning fan-assisted ovens to modular 2, 3, 4 or 5-deck deck ovens, ZIRCO can meet every need. With its simple, intuitive touch control and up to 99 baking programs, ZIRCO guarantees excellent baking of baked and ready-to-bake products.
- High-performance: the ZIRCO oven ensures even baking, thanks to its refractory stone surface.
- Compact: ZIRCO, in all its forms, is a shallow oven that integrates perfectly into hot spots, bakery lines or any bakery configuration.
- Economical: the materials used have been carefully selected to meet various criteria, such as robustness and energy consumption. Advanced control of the heating elements enables the oven to operate at lower power levels, thus reducing electricity consumption. Thick ceramic and rock wool insulation prevents energy losses that might otherwise require more energy.
- 3.0: ZIRCO is equipped with the latest technology; its 7" touchscreen control makes it easy to manage programs and baking; recipes are pre-recorded and can be added via USB.
Zirco modular ovens can be composed of several decks (ZIRCO 5), or of several decks coupled with an oven (ZIRCO 6).
These modular ovens are designed for 400x600mm baking trays. The 7" touchscreen control panel provides simple, intuitive management of all baking programs.
The ZIRCO range is infinitely adaptable to meet individual needs. From self-cleaning ventilated ovens with 5, 8 or 10 decks to floor ovens with 2, 3, 4 or 5 decks, ZIRCO ovens can be fitted with a base or a prover, a hood or a condenser.
