September was an intense month for our sales teams and our bakers!
Two emblematic trade shows: Fine Food Australia in Merlbourne (Australia) and IBIE in Las Vegas (USA).
At the beginning of September, our sales team and our baker flew to Australia for the Fine Food Australia trade show. Three days of presentation of our equipment, three days of very enriching exchanges. A trip to the other side of the world that allowed our team to see some of our customers like the Lune bakery.
A few days after their return, our teams left for Las Vegas, for the IBIE show. This show was the opportunity to present a wide range of equipment from our brands Pavailler, Bertrand Puma & CFI, thanks to our baker and Stéphane Grattier from Christophe's bakery (Washington DC), winner of the World Bread Awards, Baguette category for the second year in a row. Stéphane trained on our stand all along the show, until the contest that he won with flying colors! We are proud to have been able to accompany him throughout this competition. Stéphane is already familiar with our equipment since his two bakeries are fully equipped by Pavailler Solution (CFI, Bertrand Puma and Pavailler).
