The excellent air flow between the 4, 10 or 15 levels allows your baguettes or viennoiseries to develop fully and to guarantee a homogeneous baking in the whole baking chamber.

Design of the hood : The design of the TOPAZE Style L15 oven hood has been revised, the volumes of the hood are full and without folds to avoid dust accumulation.
Impeccable finishes : Easily removable slides and angles studied to avoid nooks and crannies that are difficult to clean, robust finishes, brushed stainless steel front and smooth surfaces with very few rough edges.
A secure locking system : The handle of the TOPAZE Style L15 ovens is a robust mechanical part guaranteeing the perfect reliability of the locking system.
A ramp for loading : Equipped as standard with a ramp to facilitate loading.
